I thought of trying out Tinder few weeks back since one of best friends suggested it.
I must say it is rather refreshing and empowering to swipe right and decide whom do you want to talk to and interact rather than being hit upon by men left right center. I wish we could do that in real life too.
Wonder what do other women think about Tinder? What do other women think when they are swiping left? I usually mentally say “arghh”, “eee”, “naah”, “yaa”.
Though it is indeed interesting, the kind of people you meet. Some are quite cheesy, some are quite serious, some are fake and some try hard to sound cool, the cliched photos with hot chicks, lions and tigers, their muscles or animal photos.
The descriptions are fun to read on their own, for example “Will you be my Tindrella?” Really!! how cheesy!! 😀
After all these days, I have to say it gets overwhelming to talk to so many men at a time, quite hard to focus on one person because you can’t figure out much about the person from sporadic chat up sessions. For a busy person like yours truly, feels like a full time job to invest time and effort in it.
Hope other women find it useful, rather entertaining if nothing else.
